Spirit of the BLACK SEA |
Welcome
on board of “LIRA” yacht ! “Lira”
was built in 2004, Dutch originating model Caribbean Van
de Stadt. She is 12 meters in length, 3.9 meters in the
beam. There are 2 double passenger cabins on board, all
en-suite with shower (with hot water!) and proper flushing

What's
life like on LIRA cruise? Total relaxation is the keynote!
We sail from Varna north and south and put just a few miles
of sea behind us, before anchoring in lovely bays for overnight.
Softly lapping deep blue clear water will invite you to
swim, while we cook you a delicious lunch or dinner on board
( opitional). A quiet night's rest, in your cabin or on
open deck on balmy summer nights, and you will be ready
for the next exciting day We set sail again, and maybe we
will stop for some more swimming, call at a little fishing
port or a walk round one of the impressive historical sites.

Day_1
: We meet you on
arrival on the Varna airport and take you to our yacht. Depending
on the arrival time you can make a walk in the town. Overnight
on board
Day_2 :
After breakfast we start our dream journey along the Black
sea coast. Today we sail 3 hours north of Varna to Balchik.
This is one of the most picturesque small towns, situated
amphitheatrically on a green slope. You will be attracted
by its ancient atmosphere, pebbled streets and houses made
by stone and adobe. We visit the Palace Complex with its many-terrace
park, lanes and paths and the botanical garden – still
the biggest and the most diverse in the Balkan with more than
3000 rare and exotic species of plants. We overnight here
in the harbor to enjoy the natural beauty of the place.
|
Day_3
:
Today we sail south for about 5 hours, enjoying the view on
the biggest summer resorts Albena and Golden Sands with the
long sandy beaches. Several stops also for swimming? We overnight
in the village of Bjala in a quite bay. Just next to us is
a cozy fish restaurant where you can enjoy fresh fish meals
or just fresh with cold beer.

Day_4
:
Today we sail for just 2 hours south
as we anchor at one of the oldest European towns, included
in the List of World Heritage – Nessebar. Situated on
a rocky peninsula, with a history of more than 3000 years,
it is fascinating with its narrow cobble streets, old house
with Revival architecture. Both to the south and north, the
outlines of the oldest fortress and port are still visible
in the sea today, and the old Nessebar is entered through
the magestic ruins of an ancient gate. Today, the former beauty
of the medieval town can be seen in the some 40 surviving
churches. |
Day_5
:
This morning we sail for
about 5 hours south to Tzarevo. During our trip we see the
long sandy dunes and crystal clean bays of the south Black
sea coast. You enjoy swimming or just relaxing. Situated at
the foot of Strandja Mountain, Tzarevo is a small summer holiday
village. The area here is famous for the nestinary dances
(barefoot dance on glowing fire). We make a excursion to the
mouth of the Veleka River – this is still one of the
most romantic and ecologically clean rivers in Bulgaria |
