ROZHEN
FOLKLORE FESTIVAL AND RODOPI MOUNTAIN |
|
The
Rhodopi mountain is an endless chain of rocks, hills,
scattered between the slopes villages, it’s a magic
for the eyes and a song for the soul. Following this inspiration
the people of Rozhen are organizing a festival
every second year. You are sure to get amazed and
inspired with songs, dances and music, with the colour
of the marvellous lovely national costumes. This festival
has more than 100 years history. Here in 1961 rose the “miracle
of Rozhen” – the folklore orchestra HUNDRED KABA
BAG-PIPES. They accompanied the world famous song “Izlel
e Deljo hajdutin”, which flied out in the space together
with the music of Bach, Beethoven and Motzart looking for
other civilizations. |
